As magnesium (Mg) is one mineral we burn up in bucket loads under stress – we love Magnifiscents Magnesium Oil Spray (topical use only – do not swallow).
Ideally, apply Magnifiscents Magnesium Oil after a bath or shower to back of legs, shoulders or anywhere there is muscle tension.
Stinging or tingling may occur and suggests a magnesium deficiency – this will pass.
The oil may be washed off if it is causing too much irritation.
Most of us are deficient in the vital mineral magnesium. Our deficiency is mainly due to a lack of it in our soil and our poor ability to absorb it when taken orally. Absorption of magnesium through the skin (topically) is incredibly rapid and increases intracellular levels up to five times faster than if taken orally!
Other ways to increase magnesium is to add 1/2 cup of Epsom Salts to a warm bath or foot bath/bucket – soak for ten minutes.
Mg is an important mineral for managing conditions such as muscle cramps, fatigue, low energy, anxiety, depression, sleeping difficulties, hyperactivity (ADHD), headaches, migraines, nausea, poor memory, confusion, constipation, sugar cravings, acid reflux and a whole lot more..

Mg slows blood clotting, taking Mg may increase the risk of bleeding or bruising. Consult your GP if you are on blood thinning medication.
Kidneys that don’t work well have trouble clearing Mg. Consult your GP if you have kidney problems.
Caution if taking antibiotics, biphosphates, tetracyclines/Fosamax – Mg may prevent absorption of these medications – so take a few hours apart.
(The above cautions are more of an issue when magnesium is taken orally as opposed to topically as recommended above.)
