Thanks again for all your help Jan.
I have continued on my elimination diet and am feeling really well for it. I plan to continue being careful as I am feeling so good for it and have a good collection of recipes now.
My skin has really calmed down a lot from when I first saw you.. not the same acne that I did have.
My daughter is now very aware of what sugar does to our bodies which is a good thing to know and is feeling a lot happier about things. I have incorporated a lot more veges and fruit in the kids lunch boxes and put in a healthy treat occasionally and they have both adjusted well to the healthier way of eating.

Two years ago I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. I am on Prednisone, a steriod drug which suppresses my immune system and helps my liver function, however there are many side effects taking steriods and I suffered badly with poor digestion and inflammation.
I decided to have consultation with Jan van der Lee – Clinical Nutritionist at Waipu Natural Health. A masked allergy test showed I had positive readings to various foods, including gluten and some chemicals. I believe that behind every autoimmune disease are other health issues and I have suffered from IBS for many years.
Thanks to Jan I am now thriving on a gluten free diet, a worthwhile lifestyle change. My digestion has improved and inflammation has reduced so much that I have gained weight and the good news is my steroid dosage is reducing.

I’m so very grateful for Alice’s expertise in Craniosacral Therapy and Reflexology along with her heartfelt nurturing. I’ve seen Alice for a variety of issues during the last five years from migraines, eye pain, diagnoses for back, liver and ovary congestion and anxiety.
Alice does her best to get to the root cause and release patterns so symptoms don’t reoccur. She goes the extra mile and has an holistic approach.
Multiple times I’ve had congestion and Alice has managed to unblock my sinuses, my cold disappeared the following day!
