Golden Tur
meric Late Recipe
Makes 2 cups
1 cup rice or nut milk
1 knob fresh turmeric peeled and chopped, (about size of top joint of finger)
1 knob of fresh ginger peeled and chopped
Very small dash of Pure maple syrup
½ tsp coconut butter
Cinnamon for sprinkling
Place all ingredients except the cinnamon into a small bullet or blender and wiz very well.
Pour into a small saucepan. Heat gently until just scalding hot, then pour into your favourite cup and sprinkle with cinnamon. The coconut butter and maple syrup and milk combine to make a yummy frothy topping, just like a late, this is soooooooooooo yum and a PERFECT substitute for coffee, and its super healthy!!!
